Grilled Wings with Joe’s Wingman Tangy Sauce
- Set grill to high heat (over 500 degrees)
- Place naked wings (thumpers and flappers) on the grill and lower heat to medium-low (see below).
- Cook both sides until done.
- Place a generous portion of Joe’s Wingman Tangy Sauce into a large bowl.
- Remove wings and place in the large bowl with the sauce.
- Mix cooked wings in the bowl until sauce is generously coating the wings (see below).
- Eat up!


Grilled Wings Recipe with Joe’s Wingman Dry Rub
- Set grill to high heat (over 500 degrees).
- Coat wings with dry rub on one side.
- Place coated wings (dry rub coated side first) on the grill and lower the heat.
- Generously spread dry rub on the “naked” side while on the grill.
- Cook both sides until done.
- Remove wings and eat up!
Pork Tenderloin Crusted in Joe’s Wingman Dry Rub
- Place pork tenderloin on baking sheet.
- Generously coat the enter tenderloin in Joe’s Wingman Dry Rub.
- Cook in the oven or on the grill at the recommended temperature to desired “done”.
- Remove and let sit for a few minutes.
- Slice and serve. It is great in a sandwich or with some fresh veggies.
