Grilled Wings with Joe’s Wingman Tangy Sauce

  1. Set grill to high heat (over 500 degrees)
  2. Place naked wings (thumpers and flappers) on the grill and lower heat to medium-low (see below).
  3. Cook both sides until done.
  4. Place a generous portion of Joe’s Wingman Tangy Sauce into a large bowl.
  5. Remove wings and place in the large bowl with the sauce.
  6. Mix cooked wings in the bowl until sauce is generously coating the wings (see below).
  7. Eat up!

Grilled Wings Recipe with Joe’s Wingman Dry Rub

  1. Set grill to high heat  (over 500 degrees).
  2. Coat wings with dry rub on one side.
  3. Place coated wings (dry rub coated side first) on the grill and lower the heat.
  4. Generously spread dry rub on the “naked” side while on the grill.
  5. Cook both sides until done.
  6. Remove wings and eat up!

Pork Tenderloin Crusted in Joe’s Wingman Dry Rub

  1. Place pork tenderloin on baking sheet.
  2. Generously coat the enter tenderloin in Joe’s Wingman Dry Rub.
  3. Cook in the oven or on the grill at the recommended temperature to desired “done”.
  4. Remove and let sit for a few minutes.
  5. Slice and serve. It is great in a sandwich or with some fresh veggies.
